Engagement Collage
Jill Smith Save the Date cards are typically bright and bold and this card called Engagement Collage is no exception. It’s a picturesque design that let’s you add your 3 best engagement photos to send to your family, friends, and loved ones. I find it to be oh so cool and contemporary.

Canna
Brown and orange are two of my favorite colors. And they make for a striking duo in this design by Jill Smith. This Save the Date card has modern fonts that make it really stand out and yet the two little flowers add a touch of panache.

Float Paperie is a Chicago based firm that offers a mix of modern, classic and elegant design for all types of occasions including weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and more. Many of the designs utilize printing techniques such as letter press, engraving (raised printing), and offset lithography (flat). The lead designer trained at Paper Source and now does designs for Minted as well as custom design work.

Float & Celebrate
This is one of those photo Save the Date cards that allow you to be creative with your own special photo. It’s a basic design that can work well with a color, sepia, or black & white photo. I personally think black and white works best for this Save the Date as it allows the green fonts to really “pop” out at you.

Kelle Boyd of Ann Kelle Designs has always had a love of art and drawing. At age 9 she was a self confessed “fashionista” designing her own line of kid’s clothes and dresses. In 2006 she finally made the leap from a career in public policy to full time designer. She describes her style as “simple, sweet, and sassy.” She is inspired by simple things in life like ties, spring flowers, ice cream, and even the sweater vest she wore in the grade school.

Smiling Squares
If you want a photo Save the Date card that really lets your pictures shine this could be the one! I like the teal and gray boxes that flank the pictures. It’s also printed on Italian made eco-friendly paper.

Wedding Paper Divas

Wedding Paper Divas is one of our favorite places for Save the Dates. They are part of Tiny Prints the company that offers custom designed holiday cards, photo cards, and baby announcements for all kinds of family occasions.

Modern Love Save the Date Card

Plum Blossoms Save the Date Card

Sand Dollar Save the Date Card

The company partners with well known and up and coming wedding invitation designers from across the country. Many of its Save the Date cards are exclusive designs not available anywhere else. While they offer Save the Dates they also have wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations and thank you cards.

The overall quality of the Save the Dates from Wedding Paper Divas is top notch as the company uses the latest digital printing technology which ensures high gloss photos and the perfect cards. They are also known for being able to process and deliver cards quickly in case you don’t have a lot of time. However, quality comes at a price and Wedding Paper Diva’s Save the Date cards are premium priced at typically between $1.25 to $3.00 per card. Some designs with letter press or higher weight paper can easily be over $3.00 per card. Although you do receive discounted pricing with higher order quantities. Overall, from a price vs. quality stand point we still think Wedding Paper Divas offers the best value in terms of Save the Date cards. However, if you are interested in magnets they unfortunately do not carry Save the Date magnets.

Another positive is the high degree of personalization allowed. For most designs, you can choose different fonts, font colors, customize messages, and even edit photos to include sepia highlights or convert color photos to black and white. This really let’s you make custom cards. Wedding Paper Divas offers both traditional Save the Date Cards as well as Photo Save the Dates.

One of our favorite designers is Turquoise Creative that creates the Happy Branch Save the Date photo card. The designs are stunning with beautiful pastel colors and clean lines and simple fonts. Many of the designs offer the ability to add a custom photo that is printed as part of the card. And of course you can customize the content including the message and the date and venue of your wedding. Jenny’s Designs are offered exclusively at Magnet Street Weddings. Jenny is a designer that likes to make a statement and puts a lot of attention to detail in her designs just like one would do in planning a wedding! I feel like her Save the Dates Magnets really capture the zest of life and make me want to smile.

Enchanted Encounter
Want to share lots of pictures in your Save the Date magnet? This is a stunning design with beautiful cursive font and a brown band across the bottom.

Flower Enchantment
This photo Save the Date magnet design by Jenny features a beautiful light green handwriting font and flower and petals drawing. You can also include two custom pictures and I really adore how the couples’ names are included running in between the two pictures.

Square Motif
This is a classic square Save the Date magnet. It’s green yet again and has the ability to include up to four photos of you and your future husband. The pattern is almost antique looking, yet it blends in a pleasant way to create a nice visual effect. A great detail is that the date is placed in one of the left hand side squares. There is even space to include your wedding website.

Save the Date Mini Magnet Versions

I also wanted to include the mini magnet versions of some of the above designs for comparison. Sometimes having the slimmer mini style looks a bit better and it can also make for a less expensive Save the Date magnet.

Joy Deangdeelert Cho is the designer behind Oh Joy! Studio. Before stepping out on her own in 2006 she worked for the Cynthia Rowley Swell line at Target. Joy says she gets her inspiration from textures, patterns, and the beautiful colors that she sees everywhere whether it be in nature, architecture, or even clothing.

Charming Couple
While the date in a Save the Date card is certainly important. I personally think the fact that you and your fiancé are together as one couple is most important. So the “and” is key. This card from Oh Joy! takes this to heart with a big and bold yellow ampersand that emphasizes your new commitment to each other. It really pops out amid the turquoise background.

Something Blue

This wedding Save the Date magnet features a grey antique background with a powdery blue strip across the center. You can customize it with a photo of you and your fiance. I think black and white photos work best.

Flirty Flourish
I really like the blue and brown color scheme on this wedding Save the Date magnet. The cursive fonts bring a happy tilt that makes me smile each time I see it.

Devoted
This is one of my favorite Save the Date magnets. It’s so simple and beautiful and you can pick whatever pic works best for you.

Delicate Pattern
Can you tell that one of my favorite color combinations is brown and pink? This Save the Date magnet has a beautiful selection of colors that go together quite well. The brown font on pink really stands out and highlights the couple’s name. Of course the ampersand & symbol is over sized to emphasize the union of the couple.

You can create a personalized Save the Date card by adding in 3 different pictures of you and your fiancé. Whether you are having a winter or summer wedding it will warm the hearts of your guests this winter.

Tandem Bike
The Tandem Bike card is sweet and stylish featuring an old classic two seater bike for you and your sweetheart. It comes in 3 colors including pink, pumpkin, and emerald. I prefer pink but the emerald green is lovely as well. How cute is the save the date banner that is flying from the back of the bike seat?
