If submitting by e-mail, please be sure to include the following:
1) Invitation name and quantity
2) Invitation color (if applicable)
3) Invitation with or without ribbon (if applicable)
4) Font type and color
5) Verse information - with your information substituted with the bold words from the selected verse (or your own verse)
6) Envelope type and quantity - white or matching (if applicable)
7) Your contact information - e-mail, phone number, shipping address and the best time to contact you about your order
Your invitations are very important to us and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If ordering via e-mail, once your order has been received and looked over we will contact you via phone to go over all of your submitted order.
For orders over the phone or via e-mail - We will design your invitation and send you a black and white proof via fax or color proof via e-mail within 3 days.
You must proofread your invitation carefully and then contact us with approval of proof or to discuss any changes. We print directly from the proof you sign off on.
Once we receive proof approval, expect 10-15 days for delivery of your invitations.
Return Policy -
Once a proof has been signed off on and payment has been received, a refund cannot be given. If an order is cancelled before proof approval there is no charge.
