Emily is the designer behind Potts Design. She is a local designer and entrepreneur based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. She was a Minted Design Challenge winner and had her designs voted in by the community to be included in Minted’s Save the Date cards. In fact she has 27 designs that are featured. Emily describes her philosophy as one of very clean and classic designs. She admits that sometimes she likes to mix it up and will apply a modern bent on classic concepts. One unifying rule is simplicity and she works to ensure her designs reflect that.
What inspired this design? “sweet and whimsical penguins holding hands are a great symbol of love and perfect for telling everyone to save your date!”
Penguins
The Penguins wedding Save the Date card is a seasonal card for the holidays. It features penguins holding hands as a symbol of love. I especially enjoy that one of the penguins has a background of snowflakes to celebrate winter.
